FAQ

How the workshops work

The practical details on format, delivery and booking. If your question isn't here, get in touch and we'll answer it.

Format & delivery

Each workshop is built in three 60-minute parts: the concept, the tools, then practice. A single part is a complete standalone session that fits inside a regular team meeting, a lunch-and-learn or a professional development slot. Book one part, or all three; when they're run together the parts are usually spaced out so people can try the tools at work between them.

Both. Workshops are delivered live either on site or over video, and the content and activities are the same. In-person sessions are within metro Melbourne as standard; travel beyond that is quoted separately.

Each session runs for groups of up to 30 so people can take part in the discussion and practice, rather than just listen. To reach a larger team, we run multiple sessions; get in touch about a program rate.

Workshops are designed by psychologists and delivered by trained Toolbox facilitators who work from that material.

Choosing workshops

No. The three workshops are separate. Most teams start with the one that fits what they're dealing with and add the others later if they want to.

Yes. Each part is a complete 60-minute session in its own right, and works well as a one-off for a team day or lunch-and-learn. Booking all three parts of a workshop gives people the full progression and comes at a bundled rate, better than three parts booked separately.

Send an enquiry with a bit about what's prompting the interest (a restructure, a demanding period, feedback from an engagement survey, a new graduate intake) and we'll recommend the workshop, and whether a single part or the full workshop fits.

No. An Employee Assistance Program provides confidential counselling for individuals who are already struggling. Toolbox Workplace is preventative group training: it teaches skills before they're needed and sits alongside, not instead of, an EAP.

Booking & payment

Send an enquiry through the contact form or email info@toolboxeducation.com with the workshop, how many parts, format and dates you have in mind. We'll confirm the details and a quote, then send a booking confirmation and invoice.

A few weeks is comfortable for scheduling a facilitator, though we can often be quicker for online sessions. Get in touch with the dates you're considering and we'll confirm availability.

We invoice the organisation directly, with GST itemised. Payment terms and any purchase-order requirements are confirmed when you book.
